Terms of service
GENERAL
Majority of my services cover fully rendered images of anthropomorphic/furry characters.
Though I will not refuse human/human-like characters, mecha, vehicles, landscape etc. I cannot guarantee the same level of quality as my main workflow.Things I will absolutely NOT draw under any circumstances:
- Discriminatory or hateful themes.
- Imitations of other artists' styles.
- Extreme Fetish material.I reserve the right to decline any request that makes me uncomfortable, even if not explicitly mentioned above.PAYMENTS
Payments will be in EUR as I am european.
I take 50% payment up front and the other 50% when the job is done. If the client wishes to pay in full up front, they may do so. Payment plans can be arranged for larger commissions; ask me for details if necessary.Cost of categorized service are set and non-negotiable.
Full-resolution artwork is delivered after complete payment.REFUNDS
All payments are final. NO refunds under ANY circumstances; Therefore I, as the artist, am obligated to complete the commission that has been payed for.I urge the client to think about purchases they may not have the budget for.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
You can expect completion within 2 weeks. However, depending on the queue, complexity of the pieces and my personal life events (that I will inform about) wait time might increase. I am not responsible for delays caused by late responses from the client.The final product will be sent in a google drive link via e-mail with a full resolution JPG/PNG; file details can be discussed (such as an additional web-optimized version, etc.)
Naturally, my work is always bound to my current level of skills, so doing my best is all I can and strive to do with every commissioned artwork.REVISIONS
Clients can modify there commission at any time before I start working on the piece or during the base sketch stage; I give the freedom to change the character information entirely. If desired, additional addons can be included by simply paying the difference. Just remember that I cannot provide refunds for downgrades; Once I start working on the next stages, applying changes become much more difficult.
I’m happy to make minor modifications within reason. Larger changes may require extra fees, or a new commission.PERSONAL INFORMATION
Clients must be over 18, and I reserve the right to legally confirm it. Identity will be kept private upon request. Real names will not be shared.COMMUNICATION
Communication will take place in direct messages. Although I'm active in all socialmedia listed on my profile/request form, I'm most active on discord (xinyoguy) so I highly recommend communication through it if possible.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The client reserves the right to there own orignal design elements (such as characters, structures etc.) even if designed through my help.All rights to the art I create, including commissions and adoptables, belong exclusively to me.
Unless the client has my express permission or have paid for the rights to do so, they cannot:
sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT.
use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace.
In addition, any art I create is my own. Unless exclusive rights are purchased, I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose.USE
The client has the right, and is even encouraged to use my art for personal endeavors, such as: profile pictures, profile banners, sharing in posts (with credit), providing it as reference when commissioning other artists, printing it as a personal poster, etc.

A base commission without addons includes:

3 bodies of a character ( 3/4 front, 3/4 back +1), 3 details (such as eyes, maw, character specific detail) not rendered or slightly rendered(certain complex character designs may require an "extra details" addon)Below each service type are addons.
