Terms of service
Things I will absolutely NOT draw under any circumstances:- Discriminatory or hateful themes.
- Imitations of other artists' styles.
- explicit sexual material.
- Non-consensual situations.I reserve the right to decline any request that makes me uncomfortable, even if not explicitly mentioned above.REQUEST PROCESS
You can applay by sending a message on a platform I'm most active on (discord most likely, but I'll try to look everywhere I can) and say what you'd like drawn. I will do ONE art piece per person.
Do not spam messages or you'll be blocked.It'll take between a fiew hours, and a fiew days depending on the queue, what you'd like drawn and my personal life events. Single character, full body sketch with one coloured accent is the most I'll draw for these requests.Disclaimers
You are not entitled to any starting date nor deadline to the piece I draw.I do not guarantee a high level of polish, as these requests are
a form of practice, but will be cleaned up to be presentable.COMMISSION PROCESS:
1. Application
Start by Appling via email ([email protected]) with:
- Your first name
- Description of what you'd like drawn
- Attached references that show a basic ideaIf accepted, please respond within 5 days to secure your slot.2. Payment
I take half the payment up front and the other half when the job is done.
All payments are final. NO refunds under ANY circumstances.Full-resolution artwork is delivered after complete payment.
Payments via PayPal (bank transfer or Blik for Polish clients).Payment plans can be arranged for larger commissions; ask me for details if necessary.3. Waiting time
You can expect completion between a week and a mouth depending on the queue, complexity and my personal life events (I'll inform about them).
I am not responsible for delays caused by late responses from the client.4. Delivery
The final product will be sent in a drive link via e-mail with both a ful resolution and web-optimized versions.
Naturally, my work is always bound to my current level of skills, so doing my best is all I can and strive to do with every commissioned artwork.REVISIONS:
You can modify your commission at any time before I start working on the piece or during the base sketch stage. You can upgrade or include additional addons simply by paying the difference. You can even change the character information entirely.
Just remember that I cannot provide refunds for downgrades. Once I start working on the piece, some changes become much more difficult to make.
I’m happy to make minor modifications within reason. Larger changes may require additional fees, or a new commission.PERSONAL INFORMATION:
Clients must be over 18 and I reserve the right to legally confirm it. Identity can be kept private upon request. Real names will not be shared, unless requested.LEGAL LICENSE AND PERMISSIONS:
All rights to the art I create, including commissions, belong exclusively to me. You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission AND you have paid for the rights to do so. You may not use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace. In addition, any art I create is my own.Unless exclusive rights are purchased I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.

A base commission (except for the reference sheet) without addons is a single, fully rendered character with a flat or no background.Bellow are addons that will add a percentage of a base commission price:Simple Background: +50%
Detailed Background: +100%
Wings: +25%
Feathered Wings: +50%
Pets: Small: +25% Medium +50% Large/Mount: +100%
Complex Detail: +25% (Includes elaborate tattoos, highly engineered weapons or tools, instruments, tedious patterns such as scales or engravings, etc.)
Additional Characters: +125% each. (The additional charge is due to the compositional challenges that arise when multiple characters share the same image. Characters ordered as separate commissions do not apply this fee.)
Action Scene: +150% (Includes a simple background and enemies. Feature your characters fighting a giant monster, a horde of goons, or their arch nemesis!)SPECIAL ADDONSThe following fees are based on the total cost of the base price plus any add ons.
Rush Job: +50% of total price (Skip the line, or hit the deadline)
Use for Resale: +50% of total price (Applies to products, marketing, or streams)
Exclusivity/NDA: +100% of total price. (Pay for ownership and/or silence)
These addons can apply to any services, listed or not.You can ask if there's something you'd like made, but isn't priced here.
